Loft im Stadl

Innervillgraten (A)

The task: Built in the 1930s, the so called “Alte Haus” (Old House) in the center of Innervillgraten, a mountain village in a secluded valley in Tyrol, was a traditional residential and farm building for many years. It took three years, from 2017 until 2019 to convert the stable and the barn for use as a two-storey living or holiday home.

Lots of fabrics, beautiful light and durability were three of the client's explicit wishes. More precisely: The fabrics had to be fabrics from fine-collections. The reason for this: The owner, Andrea Senfter, has been responsible for sales and marketing at fine for more than 10 years.
